What Capilano & Edgemont houses actually need
Family-house carpentry is the bread and butter here.
- Family mudroom built-ins. Edgemont households tend to have kids, dogs, and skis between November and April. Mudroom requirements include a deep cubby section for ski boots and a separate drying rail away from the bench seat.
- Library walls for studies. A surprising number of Edgemont houses have a study or den off the living room that wants a floor-to-ceiling bookshelf wall. We do these as adjustable-shelf cleat systems so the spacing can change with the books.
